ARTICLE 7
Membership in the association varies between … types ; as follows :
The association may introduce other types, and none of the new types of memberships are entitled to run for council membership Management under those memberships. Membership in the association (closed / open).
ARTICLE 8
- A member is an active member in the association if he participated in establishing the association; Or he joined it after its establishment and the board of directors accepted his membership; and he was a specialist, interested or practitioners in the association’s specialty.
- The active member in the association must:

- Cooperate with the association and its employees to achieve its goals.

- Commit to General Assembly decisions.
An active member has the right to:
- Participate in the activities of the association.
B- Seeing the association’s documents , including the decisions issued by the association, whether they are by the general assembly or the council Management, CEO, or others.
C- Review the association’s balance sheet and its attachments at the association’s headquarters and before submitting it to the general assembly in sufficient time.
- Attending the General Assembly.
- The highest resolution of the General Assembly, if he has spent six months from the date of joining the Assembly. And – Receive basic information about the association’s activities periodically.
- Viewing the minutes and financial documents at the association’s headquarters.
- Calling the general assembly to hold an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of members who have the right to attend the general assembly. Extending the member to address the association by a letter issued by him directing him to the board of directors; The association may address the member with a letter issued by The board of directors or whomever the board delegates shall deliver to the member in person; Or it is sent to him through any of his registered addresses in the membership register.
- Delegating in writing to one of the members to represent him in attending the General Assembly.
- candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors; And after a period of no less than six months from the date of joining the association and paying the subscription.
- An active member may address the association via any available means; The board of directors or whomever it delegates must provide the answer through the same means or Via his address registered in the membership register.
ARTICLE 9
- A member is an association if he submits an application for membership to the association and it appears that one of the membership conditions working on him does not apply and was issued A decision by the Board of Directors accepting him as an affiliate member or applying for membership as an affiliate.
- The associate member of the association must:
- Paying an annual subscription in the association of 100 Saudi Riyals.

- An affiliate member is entitled to the following:
- Participate in the association’s activities.
- receiving basic information about the association’s activities periodically every financial year.

- The affiliate member may address the association via any available means; The board of directors or whomever it delegates must provide the answer through the same means or Via his address registered in the membership register.
